- Each user is required to create their own profile or account to access the platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, if used with others.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your profile, meaning that you have to monitor access.
4. Use Of The Platform
- The platform can offer diverse services to help run other core operations.
- All Schools/Educational institution and users agree to use the platform based on their eligibility.
- You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Payments And Rewards
- We may specify certain services/subscriptions as chargeable and so it may have details.
- Payment for any services/subscriptions shall be in advance and as per the pricing.
- All payment details will be handled securely and kept private.
6. Participant Responsibilities
- Each entity has a responsibility to comply with all local and state regulations.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring that interactions result in feedback of necessity and practical execution.
7. Institution Responsibilities
- Institutions are expected to use the platform in ways that align with law and ethical standards.

- Schoologplus doesn't share user data, except as per our privacy policy.
- Users are prohibited from sharing or distributing data obtained from the platform without permission.
9. Termination Of Account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our sole discretion.
- Users may delete their account at any time by contacting administrator support.
10. Limitation Of Liability
- Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for any matter where limitation or exclusion cannot be allowed.
- Our liability to third parties that you imported through the platform is limited.
